Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in Hawaii seeks an experienced Operational Contract Support Advisor to join CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. The role focuses on coordinating contracting support across the acquisition lifecycle and advising senior leaders.

Qualified candidates will apply expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, OCS tools, and IGCE/SOW development to translate complex operational needs into precise contract requirements and to lead high-level negotiations with interagency partners.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and naval contracting doctrine.
• Experience applying life cycle sustainment and Vendor Threat Mitigation.
• Expert use of OCS planning tools to integrate commercial support.
• Ability to develop IGCE, PWS, and SOW for clear contract requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication, briefing, and negotiation skills.
