Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading complex transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Proven track record designing and scaling ontology, knowledge graphs, and semantic modeling.
• Experience defining governance models, standards, and adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, build-out, implementation, productization, and scaling of ontology and knowledge graphs.
• Define an enterprise ontology strategy connecting information, methodologies, data, and insights.
• Collaborate with service lines, governance, and leadership to align on ontology standards.
• Manage senior stakeholders and navigate complexity in a regulated, matrixed environment.
• Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams; drive adoption of ontology-enabled capabilities.
• Report progress and measurable impact to senior leadership with actionable insights.
