You will shape brand strategies, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring profitability and exceptional client experiences across omnichannel

Qualifications

• 15+ years of account management experience within healthcare advertising.
• Deep oncology experience with leadership of oncology brands.
• Experience leading integrated omnichannel engagements across HCP and Consumer audiences.
• Proven success managing large pharmaceutical client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders shaping brand, business, and engagement strategies.
• Maintain deep understanding of therapeutic areas, market dynamics, and trends.
• Lead integrated teams to deliver insight-driven solutions driving client success and growth.
• Build and strengthen senior client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Contribute to new business efforts including opportunity identification, pitches, and presentations.
