Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO with oncology board certification; PhD in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in pharma/biotech oncology clinical trials; strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in translational oncology and external collaboration is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership for oncology agents in preclinical to development milestones.
• Develop clinical development strategies across PE/DC to TDP timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Lead early development planning and ensure alignment with DALs, DEV, S&G and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate to develop clinical protocols and tools for trials (e.g., CRFs, SAPs, CRFs).
• Ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements; mentor CPLs.
• Interface with external experts, investigators and regulatory authorities; author abstracts/manuscripts.
