Job summary

Voronoi, Inc. is seeking a senior clinical development leader to join the oncology team in a hybrid role with minimum 2 days onsite in Cambridge/Greater Boston. You will design, execute, and report oncology trials, ensure data quality, author documents, and collaborate across functions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in clinical development (PhD/MD preferred), strong communication, and the ability to translate complex data into clear clinical decisions, while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in life sciences preferred; Master’s with oncology dev experience considered.
• Approximately 10 years of clinical development experience in oncology.
• Hands-on protocol development, data review, CSR prep, cross-functional study work.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH and global regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA).
• Strong communication and ability to work in a global, fast-paced matrix.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and report early phase oncology trials.
• Lead authoring and review of study protocols, investigator brochures, CSRs, and ICFs.
• Engage in medical data review, safety surveillance, and interim/final analyses.
• Ensure consistent scientific messaging across documents, publications, and presentations.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Translational Science.
• Support regulatory submissions and investigator interactions as part of the team.
• Summarize emerging efficacy and safety data for internal and external dissemination.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
