The role requires an MD or DO with board certification in oncology (PhD preferred), fluent English, and a track record in oncology trials, preclinical data interpretation, PK/PD concepts, and writing and presenting scientific data to diverse audiences.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-certification in oncology; PhD preferred.
• Fluent English - oral and written.
• 2+ years pharma/biotech oncology trials or equivalent academic translational oncology.
• Experience with PK/PD and biostatistics in clinical development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic medical leadership across the project team for preclinical to clinical oncology development.
• Create clinical development strategies from PE/DC to TDP in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop Integrated Development Plans aligning with DALs, DEV, S&G, and Commercial teams.
• Lead Biomedical Research Early Program Teams to support clinical development and trials.
• Integrate preclinical data to inform clinical development decisions and protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical scientists to develop protocols and reports for trials.
• Ensure adherence to GCP and Novartis SOPs; maintain regulatory compliance.

MD or DO degree

Board-certification in oncology
