Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Onboarding Managers responsible for complex and strategically important customer implementations.
• Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and create development opportunities for the team.
• Own portfolio health, delivery risk, time-to-value, and customer experience across the Strategic Onboarding portfolio.
• Coordinate staffing and capacity planning to balance customer needs, project complexity, and business priorities.
• Serve as first-level escalation for at-risk implementations and engage executive customers when appropriate.
