Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
• 12+ years of space or military vehicle testing experience.
• Proven ability to lead dispersed multidisciplinary teams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Be the El Segundo-based acquisition program point-of-presence for the national test team.
• Advise leadership on test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead DT/OT efforts across five test venues and transition to operations.
• Develop TEMPs, GTOs, STOs, test procedures and reports.
• Coordinate with LDTO/OTO and support tabletop exercises.
