Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience in oil planning and scheduling or marine fields.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English at a required level.

Responsibilities

• Compile the forward crude laydown program for customers.
• Monitor progress of crude lifting and tanker voyages.
• Oversee documentation, inspection, and verification of cargos.
• Negotiate tanker voyage charters and time charters.
• Manage contracts for trans-shipment and tugs.
