Job summary

Plastic Molding Manufacturing – America's Technology Molder is seeking an Office Manager to support our corporate offices by coordinating staffing, processes, and resources across plants.

This full-time, in-person role runs 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with pay dependent on experience. You will manage calendars, organize meetings and travel, and oversee company-wide logistics to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Office Administrator/Office Management or executive assistant experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving能力
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), CRM, Teams, ERP and other systems.
• Corporate calendar management and scheduling of executive meetings and travel.

Responsibilities

• Check in daily with each plant; confirm staffing and progress on actions; escalate as needed.
• Standardize and maintain processes, templates and tools (meeting agendas, RFQ logs, customer lists, tracking sheets).
• Organize and update company phone chart, job checklists and resources as needed.
• Coordinate company-wide lunch schedule and equipment.
• Verify plants are performing, attend safety meetings and ensure facility requirements.
• Research ad hoc topics as needed.
