Job summary

Parsons seeks a Security Cooperation Analyst to support policy development and implementation for DoW cyber operations and critical infrastructure protection. You will coordinate with DoW, services, interagency partners, and international organizations to advance cyber security cooperation initiatives.

The role requires eight years in cyberspace security cooperation, DoW policy experience, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any relevant field of study.
• Eight years of combined experience supporting cyberspace security cooperation development and implementation.
• Knowledge of cyberspace security cooperation processes and activities.
• Ability to assess feasibility of proposed cyber security cooperation programs.
• Ability to provide technical support and advice.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior‑level management.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, written, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update DoW policy for defensive cyber operations and critical infrastructure protection.
• Draft policy to deter, prevent, and respond to cyber intrusions and incidents.
• Implement lines of effort under DoW’s Cyber Strategy.
• Coordinate with interagency and international partners on cyber security cooperation.
• Provide policy oversight aligning programs with DoW policy and strategy.
• Assess feasibility and risks of proposed cyber security cooperation programs.
• Prepare policy papers, briefings, and decision‑support materials.
• Track program activities, milestones, risks, and stakeholder needs.
