Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation's KitchenAid Small Appliances OEM team in Benton Harbor, MI is seeking a procurement leader to craft and execute the sourcing strategy for KASA, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring continuity through cost optimization and project management.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, and design on new product launches, lead supplier negotiations, drive continuous improvement, and coach three dotted line reports while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, marketing, engineering or project management.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sourcing strategy for KitchenAid Small Appliances (KASA).
• Manage supplier relationships, selection, development, contract negotiations and cost reductions.
• Lead new product launch procurement with engineering, marketing and design teams.
• Drive cost leadership, process improvements, and KPI tracking across procurement activities.
• Coach and develop three dotted line reports to improve performance.
