Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply planning, production planning, or related areas.
• Experience in manufacturing/consumer products or durable goods environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly supply planning cycles for OEM finished goods and manufacturing production planning.
• Validate plans using demand, supply, inventory, capacity signals.
• Establish safety stock, lead times, MIN/MAX for SKU strategies.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility.
• Coach planners to improve planning and digital tool adoption.
