Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with OCM Lead, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand objectives, outcomes, and how proposed changes may affect employees.
• Conduct readiness, change impact, and adoption readiness assessments to inform planning.
• Translate project information into clear communications and engagement activities for impacted audiences.
• Support stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
