Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to join the Corporate IT team in a hybrid Buffalo, NY environment. You will translate complex technology changes into practical approaches to enable adoption and sustainment across initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to influence leaders and teams. You will coach sponsors and project teams, collaborate across IT functions, and adapt frameworks to fit each

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related field.
Experience developing and executing change strategies across project lifecycles.
Ability to assess change challenges and recommend action.
Experience adapting change frameworks to scale and complexity.
Influence and credibility with employees, leaders, and sponsors.
Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead change strategy and execution for complex Corporate IT initiatives from planning through adoption.
Serve as trusted change advisor to project managers, sponsors, leaders and stakeholders.
Assess change impacts, readiness, adoption risks, and resistance; develop right-sized approaches.
Translate objectives into stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, and adoption strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to help teams decide and act.
