Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in ERP or SAP.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience leading OCM for ERP rollout (S/4HANA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define, govern and execute the OCM strategy for the modernization.
• Lead and manage a team of OCM specialists.
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive SAP change communication strategy.
