• 4+ years in tender management or pricing leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of RFQ processes and Ocean Freight end-to-end operations.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual skills; strong Excel proficiency.
• Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Customer Engagement & Commercial Enablement: act as Ocean Freight SME and connector between product experts and Commercial Team.
• Bid Strategy & Solution Design: define bid strategy, target trade lanes, pricing, and value proposition.
• Tender Steering: align regional teams to focus on strategic tenders with high lanes/volumes/complexity.
• Pricing Leadership: drive pricing aligned with targets and market developments; support walk-away decisions.
• Risk & Competitiveness Analysis: summarize competitiveness and quantify risk; provide recommendations.
