Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant discipline.
• 4–6 years’ work experience in Management Consulting, Operations Strategy, Business Transformation or Strategic Projects.
• Experience leading project teams in development and implementation of strategic projects.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong Data Analytics, AI and PM tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional influencing and partner management skills in matrixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of Ocean Freight strategic projects and programs.
• Partner with the Head of Ocean Freight to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with goals for NORAM.
• Translate objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Oversee planning, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Present to senior management a structured analysis with solutions for dependencies and interfaces.
• Define success metrics and oversee reporting on ROI and performance.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices across projects and functions.
