This role collaborates with the National Operations team, aligns initiatives with global standards, and focuses on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and growth opportunities in local markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the freight forwarding industry with 4+ years in Ocean Freight leadership.
• Proven strategic, transformational leadership and vision.
• Ability to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L for the ocean freight area and track GP and productivity.
• Lead a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, and specialists.
• Drive service quality and regulatory compliance while optimizing operations.
• Develop supplier relationships to improve service and profitability.
