The role involves translating budget objectives into actionable plans, overseeing transactions, expenses, and financial operations for the Nursing Department, and delivering key performance insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or applicable field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and provide team leadership across reporting and departmental lines.
• Experience with financial, clinical data, and business information systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Nursing Business Office operations and translate budget objectives into action.
• Develop and monitor annual budget for the Nursing Department and track performance.
• Provide analytics and insights to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop the Nursing Business Operations staff and collaborate with Finance and Nursing Leadership.
