Job summary

The Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center, is seeking a Manager, Nursing Business Operations to lead the Nursing Business Office's financial and administrative operations. You will translate fiscal objectives into action and provide analytics to Nursing leadership to support data-driven decisions.

You will supervise the Nursing Business Operations staff, collaborate with Finance and Nursing leaders, and drive process improvements to enhance financial performance across the Nursing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or applicable field; equivalent experience.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; matrix leadership capability.
Experience with Tableau and MS Office programs; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing business operations and administrative functions for the Nursing Office.
Develop and translate the annual Nursing Department budget; monitor financial performance.
Provide business analytics and reporting to Nursing leadership for data-driven decisions.
Supervise Nursing Business Operations staff and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
