Job summary

Spectra Tech in Richland, WA seeks a Licensing & Environmental Consultant to lead regulatory strategy for new nuclear development. You will provide technical advice on licensing, environmental compliance, and regulatory interpretation to management and project teams.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capable of conducting meetings with regulatory management.
• Ability to manage in a highly stressful, time constrained regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors to manage licensing documentation.
• Support preparation of licensing reports (PSAR/FSAR) for permits and licenses.
• Develop licensing documents for Fire Protection, Emergency Preparedness, Physical Security, Cyber Security, and other regulatory areas.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and is validated by source documents.
