Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Nuclear Capacity Analyst to join the North America Nuclear leadership team. You will transform demand forecasts, project workloads, and capacity data into actionable workforce plans and investment decisions.

You will build metrics, dashboards, and reporting to support executive reviews, partnering with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align capacity with growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis, data analytics, forecasting, or related disciplines.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate recommendations to leaders.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, or executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting tools.
• Monitor trends across sales, orders, projects, and resources.
• Establish indicators for staffing, execution, and capacity risks.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews with data and recommendations.
• Build workforce and capacity models from forecasts and pipelines.
• Translate growth projections into hiring plans and resource needs.
• Identify capability gaps and perform scenario analyses.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and PMO on forecasting.
• Create tools connecting demand signals to workforce needs.
• Provide data-driven executive reports and recommendations.
