Job summary

ContinuServe, LLC. is seeking an HR Manager for a hybrid role in the Chicago area. You will support a Not-for-Profit HR Services team, manage client HR needs, and drive service delivery across education, social services, and mission-driven sectors.

The role reports to HR leadership and collaborates with AVP and Directors. The position requires 7+ years of experience, a strong generalist background, and experience with union environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience supporting unionized environments and labor relations is preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of HR functions across client accounts.
• Mentor and coach HR Generalists and resolve complex HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with evolving employment laws and CBAs as applicable.
