Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Public Administration strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related consulting, government, non-profit or public sector experience.
• Familiarity with human resources operations of local governments or non-profits preferred.
• Ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work collaboratively to meet project objectives.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Lead and participate in interviews, reviewing documents, and preparing client deliverables such as findings, org charts, process maps, and reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends in staffing, culture, and performance.
• Conduct peer benchmarking, data analysis, and best practice research to develop actionable recommendations.
• Work with clients and team members to understand current practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and evaluate risks.
• Travel to client locations to work onsite and attend industry conferences as needed.

This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors, including an applicant’s skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
