Job summary

ServiceNet seeks a Controller to lead all accounting operations and the monthly/annual close in Northampton, MA. You will manage a team and ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and grant reporting while partnering with senior leadership on financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; at least 3 in a Controller role.
• Experience in nonprofit/healthcare with government grant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead monthly and annual close processes ensuring GAAP and funder requirements.
• Ensure timely financial statements and integrity of accounting records.
