Qualifications

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver GAAP‑compliant financial statements.
• Manage internal controls and policies, with segregation of duties.
• Oversee audits, filings, and external reporting with the CFO.
• Partner with Development/Data to reconcile fundraising platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead general ledger, payables/receivables, cash activity, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Own the close cycle and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Strengthen gift reconciliation and donation-revenue accounting.
• Oversee international payments and lockbox activities.
