Adelbrook is seeking a Controller to lead the nonprofit’s finance function, ensuring GAAP-compliant, timely financial close and accurate reporting. You will guide monthly closes, prepare statements, and support agency submissions to DDS/DSS/DCF/OPM while partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate statements.
• Prepare monthly internal financial reports and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze operating results and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Supervise accounts payable and general ledger staff and maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate annual audit and Form 990 preparation and related filings.
