The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, direct nonprofit experience in OPWDD-regulated settings, expertise in Medicaid billing and CFR reporting, and a proven ability to provide strategic financial planning, risk management, and transparent governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in nonprofits.
• Direct experience in OPWDD-regulated settings is required.
• Experience with Medicaid reimbursement systems and CFR reporting.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on financial sustainability and risk management.
• Develop long-term financial strategies to support program expansion and capital planning.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting to guide executive decision-making.
• Present financial performance and risk analyses to the Board and Finance Committee.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, billing, A/P, A/R, and treasury functions.
• Ensure CFR reporting and Medicaid-related financial compliance and submissions.
• Manage government contracts, foundation grants, and philanthropic funding.
