Job summary

DealHub Ltd. seeks a senior financial leader to drive strategy, planning and reporting for a nonprofit with a $27M operating budget. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to steer financial decisions, ensure compliance, and oversee audits and bank relationships.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and contract proposals with SF agencies and other funders. CPA strongly preferred,BA/BS required, 3+ years of leadership in nonprofit accounting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited college/university.
• CPA license highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial management and oversight of an operating budget over $27 million across government funding and private contracts.
• Develop annual budget plan and address issues to meet targets.
• Prepare and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and analyses to CEO.
• Prepare financial reports for Board of Directors on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Manage annual independent audits and tax filings at federal/state/local levels.
• Prepare new contract proposals and renewals with City and County of San Francisco and other funders.
