OKCNP is seeking a Shared Financial Services Accountant to deliver precise bookkeeping and accounting support for multiple nonprofit client contracts. The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and timely reporting while supporting the Shared Financial Services program.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years nonprofit accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and excellent communication abilities. Local travel within Oklahoma may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 3+ years accounting experience and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgets, audits, and tax preparation readiness.
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
• Communicate professionally with clients and meet deadlines.
• Provide general administrative functions and budgeting oversight.
