OKCNP is seeking a Shared Financial Services Accountant to deliver accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting for multiple client contracts. The role maintains ledgers, processes transactions, and prepares monthly statements while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

The Shared Financial Services Accountant provides superior financial management service to our Shared Financial Services clients. This position provides accurate, timely bookkeeping and accounting services to multiple client organizations per established Client contracts. This role maintains financial records, processes transactions, prepares reports, and supports clients with reliable financial information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The Shared Financial Services Accountant will provide administrative support to our growing Shared Financial Services Program. A successful candidate will be dedicated to OKCNP’s commitment to nonprofit excellence, possess outstanding communications skills, able to work independently and as a team member, dedicated to excellent client service and continuous improvement, and demonstrate an acute attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred; 3+ years accounting experience; proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Supervisory experience a plus.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in nonprofit accounting experience is strongly preferred; CPA certification preferred but not required.
