Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical program management in large IT environments.
• Experience leading complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience delivering network-related initiatives (LAN/WAN, data center, telecom).
• Budget development and management experience across CAPEX/OPEX.
• Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across business groups.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Portfolio governance, risk management, and strategic planning experience.
