Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to construct and analyze provider contracts, deliver dispute resolution, and ensure alignment with accessibility, compliance, quality, and cost goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians/providers, network management teams, and cross-functional partners to advance contract negotiations initiatives and cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider contracting, claims management, or patient management experience.
• 5+ experience working with/or in a Claims environment
• 5+ experience that includes ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain working relationships with physicians/providers and local network and patient management teams.
• Establish programs and initiatives for contract negotiations.
• Forecast changes in the contract negotiations landscape and assess business impact.
• Support provider compensation and pricing development activities for negotiations and reimbursement modeling.
• Assist in network development, maintenance, and refinement activities.
• Coach junior colleagues in techniques and processes.
