Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider contracting, claims management, or patient management experience.
• 5+ years experience in a claims environment.
• 5+ years experience with ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with physicians/providers and local network teams.
• Establish programs to advance contract negotiations initiatives.
• Forecast changes in the Contract Negotiations industry and perform impact assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing and reimbursement modeling activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and settlements.
• Assist in network development, maintenance, and refinement activities.
• Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
