Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced contracts professional to lead negotiation, execution, and review of provider contracts.

You will coordinate with physicians, providers, and local networks to ensure accessibility, quality, and cost effectiveness while aligning with organizational goals. The role includes mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-functional cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider contracting, claims management, or patient management.
• 5+ years experience in a Claims environment.
• Experience including ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with physicians/providers and local network teams.
• Lead contract negotiations and reimbursement modelling initiatives.
• Forecast changes in the contract negotiations landscape and assess business impact.
• Collaborate across functions to support cost-saving initiatives and network development.
• Coach junior colleagues and handle additional duties as assigned.
