Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Contracts professional to lead negotiation, execution, and analysis of contracts with providers. The role focuses on dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and ensuring alignment with accessibility, quality, financial, and cost goals.

You will build relationships with physicians and network teams, implement innovative initiatives, and forecast market changes to optimize compensation, pricing, and reimbursement modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider contracting or claims management.
• Experience with ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products and benefits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Constructs negotiation, execution, review, and analysis of contracts.
• Delivers dispute resolution and settlement negotiations with providers.
• Forecasts changes and develops modification strategies using process improvement methods.
• Coaches junior colleagues in techniques and responsibilities.
