Ladders is seeking a Manager, Network Contracting to negotiate and manage network participation agreements with health plans, ensuring access, reimbursement, and operational alignment across the healthcare ecosystem.

This remote role (US-based) requires strong analytics to evaluate rate structures, assess risk, and monitor contract performance metrics, with collaboration across internal teams and payer stakeholders. Bethesda, MD office option available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.
• Strong understanding of health plan network agreements.
• Experience navigating complex payer dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate network participation agreements with health plans.
• Manage and track contract deliverables and repositories.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Perform comprehensive rate analyses.
