Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Manager, Network Contracting on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team to support and execute network contracts with national and regional health plans. The role focuses on negotiating and managing a portfolio of network participation agreements, with strong emphasis on contract lifecycle management and payer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in network contracting, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate network participation agreements directly with health plans including new agreements, renewals, and amendments.
• Manage and track deliverables and document repositories.
• Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with terms.
• Perform comprehensive rate analyses.
• Track and report on key contract metrics.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successfully execute network participation agreements.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders.
