Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Network Contracting to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will focus on negotiating and managing network participation agreements that support access, reimbursement, and operational alignment across the healthcare ecosystem. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external payer contacts to help ensure agreements are executed accurately, monitored effectively, and kept in compliance. The position also requires strong analytical judgment to evaluate rate structures, assess risk, and track contract performance metrics.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
