Job summary

Integral Care in Texas seeks a Network Contracting & Compliance Manager to oversee the provider network contracting and compliance function, ensuring regulatory and contractual standards are met and performance targets achieved.

You will lead a team of contract managers through the full contract lifecycle and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the network’s quality and recoveries-oriented services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare administration, social work, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of contract management or provider network experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the provider network contracting and compliance function to meet contractual, regulatory, and performance standards.
• Leads a team of Contract Managers through procurement, onboarding, monitoring, corrective action, and renewals.
• Collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality, compliant, recovery-oriented network.
• Translates oversight-agency requirements into operational practices within policy and regulatory frameworks.
