Always Compassionate Health is seeking an experienced Contracts & Network Lead to negotiate terms with providers and insurers while expanding the provider network across the full range of services offered. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and ongoing compliance.

The candidate will monitor performance, analyze reimbursements and utilization patterns, and maintain strong relationships with payers and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of managed care principles, reimbursement methods, and healthcare delivery systems.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical and financial acumen for evaluating data and financial implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with homecare/healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation: negotiate terms, reimbursement rates, and language with providers and insurers.
• Provider Network Development: recruit payors to join the network across services offered.
• Contract Administration: oversee execution, recredentialing, and compliance of agreements.
• Financial Analysis: evaluate reimbursements, methodologies, and utilization patterns.
• Relationship Management: act as main contact for inquiries and disputes with payers and government entities.
• Regulatory Compliance: stay updated on laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: develop metrics to evaluate contract effectiveness.
