Job summary

CG Infinity seeks a Principal .NET Consultant to lead complex delivery engagements in Houston. You will architect robust .NET solutions, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into secure, scalable software.

You will own critical components, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to pre-sales. The role requires senior-level leadership, client-facing skills, and deep technical mastery of the .NET ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development with 6+ years in .NET
• Expert-level C# and deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core and EF Core
• Cloud experience (Azure and/or AWS) with containers and serverless patterns
• Strong security, observability, and performance tuning expertise

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements: discovery, design, delivery, and post-go-live support
• Architect robust .NET solutions and own critical components and APIs
• Mentor senior engineers and drive a culture of quality and accountability
• Contribute to pre-sales through estimates, proposals, and technical narratives
• Define architecture patterns and enforce coding standards across teams
• Drive DevOps practices and cloud-native deployments with CI/CD
• Ensure security, governance, and reliability of solutions
