Job summary

Apogee Engineering in Offutt AFB, NE seeks a Program Manager III-DSS to advance mission planning and execution for NC3 systems, leveraging systems engineering, Agile/DevOps, and CI/CD.

You will collaborate with DoD and government partners, manage development, cloud strategy, and ensure rapid fielding of technologies for national defense.

On-site role with full-time employment at Offutt AFB; TS/SCI security may be required; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 5 in the DoD.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
• On-site at Offutt AFB, NE; travel none.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight on DoD and commercial enterprise trends and management.
• Lead discussions with the Program Management Office on resource use and software strategy.
• Maintain Government Furnished Equipment and software inventory.
• Review upgrades for more capable/reliable systems.
• Design processes for faster inventory and reduced equipment redundancy.
• Coordinate cloud strategy and delivery for program developments.
• Represent directorate at COMSEC seminars and industry meetings.
