Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support Navy programs from concept to completion. You will gather and interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize program performance and decision-making.

In this role you will use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Navy databases to drive deliverables, communicate findings to leadership, and help develop and maintain the program strategy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a Navy Department of Defense (DoD) program office.
• Experience with program and financial management.
• Experience with Navy ERP and Navy TPS process and SOW development.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
