Qualifications

• 8+ years leading DoD RDT&E or S&T programs from initiation to closure.
• 8+ years collaborating with product, engineering, and management teams.
• 5+ years defining strategic vision with roadmaps and KPIs.
• Experience with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of UAS and expeditionary forces applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of defense programs for Navy projects.
• Advise clients and evaluate complex systems and policies.
• Define and communicate KPIs and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide technical decisions and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with multiple performers and stakeholders.
