Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Senior Government Furnished Material Program Manager to support the Navy customer with financial, acquisition, and program management for GFE/GFM. The role covers planning, budgeting, execution, and data analysis across multiple Navy shipbuilding programs, leveraging NAVSEA processes and ERP tools.

Ideal candidates have extensive NAVSEA financial experience, knowledge of Navy funding, and ERP proficiency to operate in a complex acquisition environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years supporting NAVSEA financial, acquisition, and program management roles.
• Knowledge of ship programs (DDG-51, LPD, LHA, TAO, etc.).
• Experience with DoD PPBE, SCN, OPN, and other appropriations.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to NAVSEA managers including budgeting and POM support.
• Analyze PARM submissions for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Support development of Task Planning Sheets and Obligation Phasing Plans.
• Utilize Navy ERP, Access, and Excel for reporting and reviews.
• Prepare funding documents to obligate resources on contracts.
• Coordinate funding across government agencies and vendors.
• Track commitments, obligations, expenditures, and remaining balances.
• Prepare reports for PARM reviews and senior leadership briefings.
• Support GFE/GFM acquisition milestone planning and contract management.
