Job summary

GreenXT seeks a Senior Government Furnished Material Program Manager to support NAVSEA’s GFE/GFM management and Navy modernization efforts. You will provide financial, acquisition, and program support across multiple ship programs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Navy ERP experience, and familiarity with Navy funding appropriations. You will plan, budget, execute, and report on funding, ensuring alignment with contract and program goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years supporting NAVSEA financial, acquisition, and program management.
• Experience with Navy ERP, NEPS, FINMOD, GEMIS.
• Experience with DoD PPBE, SCN, OPN, and other appropriations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Navy-finance related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to NAVSEA program managers and PARMs, including budget development and POM support.
• Analyze PARM 7300 submissions for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Develop Task Planning Sheets and Obligation Phasing Plans.
• Execute and interpret financial data from Navy ERP, Access, and Excel for reporting and reviews.
• Prepare funding documents and obligations to align resources on contracts.
• Coordinate funding requirements across government agencies, Navy activities, contractors, and vendors.
