Job summary

Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) seeks a dual-hatted General and Operations Manager, Senior, who will also function as the Chief Engineer for the NAWS China Lake program.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering workforce delivering weapons integration, software validation, and flight test architecture. This role requires deep DoD program experience, top-tier leadership, and the ability to translate Navy objectives into actionable engineering workflows on a long-term,

Qualifications

• MS/MA in a relevant technical field or higher; substitution with BS/BA + 4 years experience allowed.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years of combined aviation and management experience.
• At least three (3) years of management experience guiding lower-level technical/engineering managers and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical authority and operational co-lead for the NAWS China Lake contract.
• Act as the principal technical interface to Navy Technical Directors and IPT leads.
• Govern the systems engineering lifecycle including requirements derivation, architecture validation, and configuration control boards.
