Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Program Analyst to apply technical expertise and Navy operations knowledge to shape and influence projects for the Navy client.

You will research, develop, plan, and support senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to identify, analyze, and evaluate systems and processes critical to national security.

This role requires collaboration across teams, ability to deliver executive-level briefings, and a commitment to upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and teams of various sizes.
• Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings and reports.
• Experience in active duty, reserve, or as a civilian with Navy vessels, expeditionary, small craft, mine warfare, or modernization and sustainment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI or Automation tools.
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, plan, and support the needs of senior leadership as a key member of the staff.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate systems, policies, and processes as part of the Navy’s mission.
